Who We Are:
Sidetracks exists to support the people doing some of society’s most difficult work — frontline practitioners in youth justice, social care, and safeguarding. Founded by Scott Ellison, a youth justice officer and social work student with over 20 years of experience, Sidetracks offers practical tools, templates, and clarity systems designed to help you stay focused, effective, and grounded.
